We want you to love your organic cotton treasures, but if something isn't quite right, you can return any unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to make the process as sustainable and straightforward as possible for our global community of conscious parents.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the shipment is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
